At Dhadha Technologies, we are committed to transparency and clarity in our refund process. Please read the following carefully before subscribing.

1. Digital Nature of Service

MMI Engine is a subscription-based digital tool. Once access is granted, usage is considered as service consumption. Hence, we do not offer refunds once access begins.

2. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial usage or early termination of your plan. All subscriptions are prepaid and non-transferable.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please email us within 3 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve legitimate issues.
